Arts@ARCO is Price Hill's FREE, family-friendly monthly art event focused on a culturally significant topic, giving residents an opportunity to explore, experience, and educate themselves while close to home. 

Each show will look different from the last with musical performances, visual artists, acting workshops, interactive experiences, and more.

ARTISTS

ARCO seeks diversity in its artwork and artists, to give equality to voice and artform, from the visual arts to performing arts to established arts organizations. Artists are encouraged to apply if they or their artwork fit into one of the areas of focus listed below.

VENDORS

ARCO is seeking vendors for this monthly show. Currently we are charging NO VENDOR FEES, however, we do give preference to vendors who are 1. in Price Hill or 2. feature artwork based on the month's theme for focus.

INTERACTIVE - EDUCATIONAL

Shawnee Theatre will feature art organizations and small groups that have artwork with an interactive or educational component. Artwork will support the month's area of focus, educating attendees and challenging preconceptions while finding a moment of celebration.

Examples: art demonstrations, weaving classes, impact discussions, and documentaries.

VISUAL ARTS
EXHIBITION

Iris Gallery provides Price Hill visual artists a 20 ft gallery adjacent to its 3rd-floor performance space. The artwork exhibited must reflect the month's area of focus, and can be used as a discussion topic for the artist and audience. The artist has the opportunity to display their work in Iris for up to a month.

Examples: paintings, pencil drawings, photography, or mixed media.

PERFORMING ARTS
EXPERIENCE

Myaamia Hall gives local and regional performers high-quality, acoustically perfected,  performance space. Sets can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the artform and collaboration with other artists. Performances should be inspired by or directly address the month's topic, with optional Q&A following.

Examples: musical acts, classical arts, opera, theatre, poetry, and limited dance.
