Can I provide my own food, drink, or catering service for my event?

Yes! At ARCO we welcome both home cooks and catering companies alike. We do not have set vendors at ARCO, however, we do have a list of great local companies we can share!

What is in your catering kitchen? Can we cook on-site?

Our catering kitchen includes 2 warming boxes that can hold 24 trays of food, a refrigerator, 16ft of prep space, 2 catering carts, and 3 sinks for cleanup. Cooking is not allowed in the kitchen or building.

What is your alcohol policy?

Alcoholic beverages may be provided for private events without a permit only if there is no monetary exchange for the beverage and there is no admission charge for the event. Renter may provide alcohol free-of-charge to guests at the Event if the following requirements are met: The Event is private. The Event is restricted to invited guests only. There is no admission fee or other such charge to attend the Event. If the event does not follow these guidelines, renters will be required to obtain a permit.

Do you provide table linens?

At this time, ARCO does not have table linens to rent. ARCO has 60" round or 8ft rectangular tables. If your catering company can not supply linens, check out our vendor guide!

What is your cleaning policy?

ARCO requires renters to bring the facility back to the level of cleanliness they found it. Standard cleaning includes: sweeping, spot mopping, taking out the trash, and wiping down tables and chairs. A cleaning checklist will be provided on the day of the event. If you choose to not clean, a $300 minimum fee will be charged to the card on file.

Do you preset or help us with tables and chairs?

While tables and chairs do come with your rental, manpower does not. Your entire rental time will include your setup, event, takedown, and cleanup times. Plan accordingly!
